観光庁の上記ページで初めて存在を知った組織ですが、本投稿と同様の情報発信をしている模様。ようやくこのリンク先の存在を知ったので、冒頭にもリンクを掲載しました。

このような状況下での情報発信のあるべき姿は解りかねますが、JR九州以外は情報提供が不十分だと感じました。また、JR九州もPDFで掲載するのが適切なのかは検討の余地がありそうです(ちなみに全ての言語のPDFタイトルが「(後に、日英韓繁簡が併記されたPDFに変わった後は無関係のPDFタイトル無し。各言語併記スタイルは、現地の人も海外の方に説明しやすそうで利便性が高いのではないかと思う)。

国策として観光客誘致を狙う以上は災害時の情報提供のあり方について、改善すべき点は多そうです。もちろん、現時点では人命救助や被災者のケアなどが最優先ではありますが、状況が落ち着いたらぜひ検討してほしいものです。

中でも、観光庁のサイトは酷いと感じました。日本語が解らず困惑しているであろう、外国人向け情報が無いことはもちろんですが、日本語の観光庁トップページの目立つ位置に
観光地の災害情報
というリンクがありますが、「現在、情報はありません。(最終更新日：2015年9月29日)」表示となっています(4/18 7:20時点)。誰に向けて情報発信しているのかも解らないし、情報の鮮度も古すぎる。担当者が災害対応で忙しいのかもしれませんが、それなら誰が災害時に公式情報を発信するのでしょう。自体が落ち着いたら、可及的速やかに体制を改めてほしいものです。そもそも日本を訪れている外国人向けの情報発信を観光庁が所管しているのかどうかも知りませんが、集客だけして、いざ来日していただいた後は関与しないなんてことになってないでしょうか。(念のためですが、観光庁を特別非難したいわけではなく、前述の通り災害時の情報提供のあり方について、改善していただきたいと願っているだけです。)
